Back in 1981, Ron G. Cerasuolo founded the first of many companies. This one was called Ice Breakers, a small business that Ron was able to run from the inside of his Trans Am. However, don't let the modest location fool you! Ron had actually created an LED novelty pin that quickly  became "all the rage".

In the two short years that Ron was President of the company, he took total responsibility for manufacturing, promotion and distribution. He also took control of inventory and became the national marketer of this LED novelty pin, the "Ice Breaker",  which generated gross revenues in excess of $475,000.
