As the General Manager of G. Willikers Nightclub in Pompano Beach, Florida, Ronald assumed all the duties of Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. He directed operational planning and administered fiscal affairs including sales projections and budgeting.

As if that wasn't keeping him busy enough, he also assumed further areas of  responsibility including personnel administration, inventory control, purchasing, internal and external security, and entertainment and promotions. Additionally, he increased sales to more than $3 million annually.
