Deco Drive Nightclub located in downtown Hollywood, Florida was a 16,000 square foot high - tech restaurant and club with projected annual sales of over $3 million. As Managing Partner, Mr. Cerasuolo immediately created and developed the original theme and ambiance, while simultaneously accepting responsibility for budgeting and fiscal management.

Shortly before Deco Drive's Grand Opening, Ron recruited an excellent service staff of bartenders, cocktail waitresses and support personnel whose only priority was to make the customers happy.

He created and implemented marketing policies and strategies, developed a strong working relationship with the media in order to publicize and promote the nightclub and secured extensive exposure in many area magazines and newspapers. As usual, once the doors opened, Ronald became strongly involved with customer relations.

In addition, Ron G. Cerasuolo began to oversee the purchase of both food and beverage supplies, and not only supervised menu development, but helped with quality control.

To exceed the projected gross annual sales of over $3 million, Deco Drive began hosting Bat Mitzvahs, anniversary parties, birthday bashes and even a high school prom! Thus, opening an extensive revenue stream from the marketing of Deco Drive as one of South Florida’s premier catering facilities.

Acknowledging the competition's lack of attention to the surrounding Caribbean Market, Ron concurrently propelled Deco Drive into THE Jamaican Hot Spot. Regular bookings of renowned DJ's such as Stone Love and Waggy T soon followed.
